Not sure about the Block-off deal!! I have that all off my 2002,so I just mix the oil&gas,32X1,The tranny should hold a Qt+ a-little.Sometimes if you run it,it takes awhile to drain back down, and if a-little low it takes a-while to See it in that Glass.Good-Luck.

Get a manual for fluid Qty's. I remember my manual showed a little shy of 1qt. for rebuild and a bit less for oil changes. That book doesn't show newer than 1998 I think,... but I don't believe there's any difference in the oil quantities. I could be wrong.
Those bubbles in the fuel line indicate a leak somewhere. Could be a small pin hole pinched in tubing or something like that. Need to get that fixed pretty quick, it'll change the fuel/air mixture to "lean" and burn up a set of rings and a piston. It'll run too hot for sure. I imagine just changing the fuel line would be a good idea for a start. Running lean will also cause the thing to idle high.
Let us know what you figure out on that

my manual right here states a tranny should hold. .69 quarts(650ml) an overhauled engine should hold .74 quarts (700ml)</end quote></div>
That's what I thought too.
I have one that holds even less. It's as though there's something taking up room in it, that shouldn't be there. But it runs like a scalded ape, so i'm not digging into it. I just work with the sight glass. If I fill it to proper capacity, the sight glass is covered and it leaks overnight.... if I go by sight glass it barely leaks. I suspect a crankcase repair was done before I purchased it. Over filling will not allow it to cool properly, same with uinder filling. So I'm in a quandry....
My recommendation for a Manual still stands though.

yeah my manual is a CLYMER. awsome guide. tells you pretty much anything and everything you need. i've recomended it to everyone i know with a blaster. they say once you top off the sight glass to then add another 200ml. i just read it out of a motorcross action magazine.
