Toomey? fmf? procircut?, I have a 99 stock banshee and about $1500 to play with, what can I do to make it
faster? I'm confused by all the adds and everyone claming that their products are better. I was thinking about
toomey pipes, boysen reeds, with spacers, k&n filters and a new set of holeshots. what else? I don't want to run
a cool head cause I heard they only run on racing fuel. Is that true? My riding conditions go from sand to dirt to
mud, yep that's about it. thanks for any input.

You want to do it right?
Buy a Toomey T5 chrome pipes and perfect jet kit, about $600.Pro-flow filter kit $100.Steering stabilizer $100.Rear tires and rims of choice about $200. To top it off put on a Axcalibur or RPM axle $350.

Total $1350 sounds good to me.

I was going to buy the FMF SST pipes for my Banshee, why do suggest the Toomey's? I am looking for a fast setup like buckshotsoup. I am also looking for a lot better throttle response.

first off more info is needed, like what kind of riding do u do,a desert set-up would differ from that of a woods rider. Are u looking for top end or low-midrange powerband?? For a very noticeable increase in throttle response go with v-force delta reed cages, they are amazing..gimmie some more info and i'll show u how to make 'er rip.

Toomey, FMF, CT Racing Pipes.
Get it ported
Get your head milled or get a Pro Design Cool head with 20cc domes (depending on your elevation)
Pro Design Timing Adv. Plate, around +4.
Pro Design Pro Flow Kit
Smooth Bore your stock carbs.
Lighten your flywheel.
Get Delta 2's

after that it will be almost to fast for you...
