No- Its not the fuse. He said it fires up when its warm. If it was the fuse it would not act that way. Its sounds more like a bad needle and seat in the carb, or possible even the idle jet. Sounds like the needle is sticking and flooding the bike. When it won't fire up try holding the throttle wide open and crank it for a while and see if it fires. If it does its flooding itself because of a bad needle and seat. Also just because a spark plug sparks out of the cylinder doesn't mean it isn't fowled. I've had them spark out of the cylinder then put it in the bike and it won't run.

thank you all for your input on my situation. its still an ongoing problem that i havent figured out yet. pretty much anytime i wanna go riding i bump start it to go. although i refuse to go by myself now because of a 4 hour incident by my self not being able to bump start it. If i mess around with my start button like flick it quickly sometimes it will fire up. but very rarely. could it just be a bad battery or a starter? i would be pretty pissed at my self if thats the problem. i wear down my battery everytime i mess with it to where i can run it for an hour and then it just clicks when i try and start it or it just goes completely dead.
well let me know.

Sounds like you make have a multitude of problems. One is electrical and one fuel delivery. The not starting first.... Have you tried to jump start it with jumper cables? It sounds like you could have a bad battery. Try to jump start it and see what happens. That would explain why it will fire up after riding a while. It is taking a charge from riding but not holding a charge for long at all which is what a bad battery would do.
As far as the dying on you, that sounds like it may be a carb problem, but the way you can pull the clutch in and it idle is odd.

dude i would try replacing your relays, especially the starter circuit relay there is two relays under the left rear fender right above your fuse,I had a similar problem with mine and I replaced both relays and the starter solenoid and never had the problem again total was around 75 bucks, at ridenow.com hope that helps, and this site is a good site cuz ,this is where i found that out,and it fixed my problem
