400 Kodiak Bog
#1
Guys,
I have a 400 Kodiak that falls flat in its face when i punch the throttle. And when i hold it wide open, extreme backfiring takes place!! I have ran some Sea-Foam through it, and that has not changed anything. I am assuming it is the carb, since one night i came back to the shop and a puddle of gas was nicely spread across the shop floor! Any ideas?

I'd start with the float. The gogging sounds typical of a flooding problem. the float could be hanging just enough to not seal off and come out the overflow, thus the puddle in the floor over time. Hope this helps.
