1998 WARIOR 350 RUNNING AND STARTING PROBLEMS
#11
its possible, try cleaning wires with wd-40 then applying dialectic grease which repels water, check your timing index mark, and pop the cover off and see if your cam sprocket also, mae sure both are lined up right, maybe it jump timing...wqhen exactly did this happen? after riding in water? riding hard for a long period of time? siting for a while?

it was maybe 2 months ago i went riding and went through sum mudd sum deep...and then washed it off and it sat in my garage for maybe 2 weeks and when i got it out to start it it wouldnt start thats when it messed up

yea its gotta be some wiring issue somewhere, hopefully you didnt toast your cdi, i dont really have much experience with those since mine doesnt have a rev limiter or anything, it just floats the valves when you rev the crap outta it, but if you have a manual and an ohms reader you can test the connections to see if there putting out the correct readings, otherwise its just gonna be something you have to check over and troubleshoot whats wrong, i hate wiring...lol

if you pay a visit to the guys over at yfm350central.com im sure they could tell you better than i could, and i believe they have a sticky on testing ohms on parts

sounds like you have 2 different problems. I would check the battery terminals for being loose/corrosion and check that stupid parking brake mechanism for causing it to not run/spit and pop.
