Anyone use their Wolverine to tow? and plowing?
Hi -- I'm looking for a 4x4 sport & utility quad. From what I've read online the Wolverine looks pretty good, but I do have a question about towing with it. Putting all the manufacturer's claims aside, has anyone used this quad to pull a 3-500+ pound load? I live at 7,000 feet (so engines lose a bit at this elevation) and hope to use it to pull loads of firewood uphill (I'm guessing each loaded trailer would be about 3-5 hundred pounds). Can it do this? How about plowing?
Please share your experiences. Thanks!

i have a 95 wolverine that is mostly for plowing now it will handle 7" of snow with a 50" plow. i haven't really towed more than a few hundred lbs on pretty level ground but it has good low end power i also have 2006 but havn't used it much for working but i'm sure that a wolverine will give you what you are looking for and be a fun machine

i dont plow whit mine but i think it should be good unless theirs 2feet of snow. but for towing I pulled my boat that was kinda in the mud (it was very hard to pull by hand by 2 guys but could have ben done) the wolvy did it but it semed that it was having trouble(it was stock at the time). the thing is their is no Low gear on these things. My old atv when in high it couldnt pull for **** but in low it was a beast. Mabe if u get the clutch kit i would be better but if i would work whit my atv i would get something that has a low gear or even better semiauto (no clutch) and since ur at high elevation EFI like the Honda 420
