Not trying to rain on your parade, but if I were you I would try to find out everything that it needs and how much all the parts will cost to fix it before you dump too much into it, because even though it's free, it may be cheaper and easier to buy a bike that already runs. Warrior wiring can become a nightmare. And if the crank is locked up, that can be pricey to fix, and the carb will need cleaning (no big deal). If it's been exposed to any moisture or extreme humidity, the clutch & throttle cables will need to be lubed/replaced, and the axle bearings and a-arm ball joints will need to be checked/replaced. Good luck with your project.

Yeah if it's free, I'd at least take it home and find out what's wrong with it. If nothing else use it for a parts bike, or just take it apart and learn how to work on them.

what was wrong with it then? you can pipe it, jet and throw in a k&n filter for a little more pep. you can get the k&n from autozone cheaper than a local shop. if you aren't looking for all out top speed, you can change the front sprocket for better take-off.
how's texas? I lived in arlington for 7 years. I miss it, lol

ok i went out and took the warrior to our barn (its like our house in the country) and rode it around and it was a plast but we had to tow it 2 start it .... we did that often lol but it seamed like it worked pretty well. the back fenders are sick looking as in i will prolly cut them and when ever you are trying to start it it has a noise... troy said that is the sound of a 15yr old 4wheeler but im thinkin i need to just check everything on it the plug the fuel lines the carb the airfilter... it ran great i thought except the twist grip throttle seamed like it needed ajusting somehow sometimes when you accelerate it will get stuck flooring it and sometimes it seems like it slips so when that happens you have to untwist and retwist. any advice helps thank you i will get pictures soon
