Plastic polish

I would say Maxima SC1, its great stuff. Leaves your quad shiny, and real slick, water just beads on it. Just spray on, wait about 30 secs, and wipe off with a microfiber or other soft cloth. It's about $9 a can, but really works for shining up your quad. You should easily be able to do both quads with one can. I found mine at a ATV repair shop, but a dealership or online should have some.

Plastic Renew works OK, but it's real time consuming and only lasts for a couple of rides before you need to do it again. Our local Yamaha dealer stocks it.

Once the color fades I don't think you can do much to get it back. You can bring a shine with some polish to help a little.
FYI red is about the worst for fading. I know that body shops have alot of trouble with red vehicles because they fade so fast it makes it a pain to match the paint.
