I have a 1990 blaster with a pro-x .025 piston,low-mid porting,boyesen reeds,vito's reed spacer,and a uni filter.

Jviper85 has a 2000 trail blazer with 22/7/10 holeshot xc's and 20/11/10 holeshot a/t's.I SMOKED the crap out of him.We both end up about the same speed but I get ther WAY faster. His jumps pretty ggod a lands smooth. It handles alot better because is is not tippy at all.But if i was a on a mx track the blaster would be my choice.

Hey blastermaster, it don't take much skill to master a blaster, and you are probably used to ripping butt holes with your little ****, you ****, and jeepin i rode your blaster and i think mine is a whole hell of a lot more fun, and it lands a whole lot smoother. My choice is the trail blazer. i agree with, the trail blazer is alot more fun than the blaster.

The only reason you thought my blaster wasn't as fun is because you can't shift!and how do you know how it lands you didn't even jump it?And if yours jumps so good then why won't you jump the jump behind the trailer?

I did to jump it, every time it landed it made a loud clunk noise, plus that weekend you lost about 20 bolts, one in the fender, all out of the skid plate, and the whole back brake caliper came off. YOurs did make a loud pop when ever it landed

a trail blazer is a heck of a lot easier to ride then a blaster! umm... one is an automatic and one is a manual 6-speed with a clutch, nuff said, for me I get extremely bored riding the trailblazer, just push the throttle and thats it, I like to shift half the thrill of riding is giving it the gears, alot of my riding is on the roads and the trailblazer just plain dont go fast enough... I couldnt imagine jumping one, did a little 2-3 ft jump on one and that was enough for me, they are just too big..

I have raced Blaster's in motocross for the last 4 yrs on my 95 TB an have done well agiest them they are a quick machine and are tough. An anyone I have raced would say the same about my TB. I have beaten blaster's an blasters have beaten me it is more the rider then the machine. But when the money is spent to get them better I have a less expance to repair or fix it up more then the blaster. They are both good machine's

I have had both machines, and in my opinion the two don't compare. The Blaster is much quicker in any circumstance; off the line, midrange, and top end. It handles much better, and it jumps 5 times as well. The only advantages I saw in the Trailblazer were that it was better in mud, and it has electric start and reverse. But the speed, thrill of riding wheelies, jumping, and being able to keep up with other sport machines offsets those conveniences. Again, I owned both machine. Notice that now I own a Banshee instead of a Scrambler.

I've owned both also. Had a '90 blaster and loved it. Then I got a Honda 250R fourtrax and loved it more. Then went back to my real passion, two-wheelers, and got a YZ250.

Since getting married and having a kid and being without a ride since '96 I got 2 2000 trailblazers. Reason, it costs the same as a Blaster but has reverse and electric start and is auto. I pleasure ride with the wife and kid so I love the Blazer too. Both machines have pro's and cons just be happy and enjoy riding, no nead to "prove" anything to anyone.

Soon as junior gets older I'll keep one of my Blazers for fun and go back to 2 wheelers for all of us anyway, that's were the real speed/quickness/lightweight ride is anyway.

To each his/her own. It's all good.

lets try this, put racks on a blaster and a trailblazer, now look at what you got, the blaster still looks sporty and quick and fast, the trailblazer looks like a suzuki 160. I personally think the blazer should be a light work or something like the trailboss. it certainly isn't made for high speed and jumping on a mx track or woods racing.
