Well, my excitement was short lived. Guess I had to make sure it had my blessing. About 20 minutes into riding it for the first time the chain flew off and busted the case. Right where the two bolts are that hold the chain guard it broke a hole through the case. Couple hours, some JB weld and it's running again but isn't my luck the best. That chain guard design SUCKS!!!!

What the crap!? I ordered a lower chain roller the other day because mine was missing. The chain had been running on the bolt so long that it had nearly ate clean through the bolt. All I got was a piece of nylon in the shape of a roller. No bearings, no bolt, the inner diameter is not even the right size for the bolt. What the heck am I suppose to do with this? The cost $8 and shipping was $8, no use in even getting a refund. This is the one that was called for on a warrior but it didn't come with any bearings in it. The chain roller on the top has bearings. I'm confused and trying to figure out how to make this work??? Help!?

i had the same prob lol the chain ground away on that so i kinda just taped it and got a bolt to be able to thread into enough to keep a roller on it, just a moose roller, mine was ground like half way through, if its reeeal bad then you just gonna have to prolly cut it off and make a new one and weld it on, shouldnt be to bad just need the right shape of a piece of steel then tap it and slide the roller over it and use some big washers on the bolt so it wont slide off.

There are no bearings on it. The bolt just slides through it. Just drill out the inside of it I guess and it should be fine.

No bearings on it but it does have a 1/2" hole through the middle. I got a bronze bushing and put in it with a bolt through that. I'm not sure how long it is going to last though. The washers are eating into the nylon soo... we'll see.

Also, I'm having trouble getting my chain adjusted. The adjuster is all the way out and the chain is still loose. Whenever I put the chain on just a few weeks ago the chain was really tight but it has just kept loosening ever since then. The adjusters were already all the way out so I figured when I put the roller on there that would tighten it back up. That worked for about an hour then it was loose again. Right now it move up and down about 1 1/2" - 2".

Can I take a link out of the chain or will that be too much?

If it is adjusted all the way out you should be able to remove a link from the chain.
