they make a universal kit for doing so, but otherwise its just a trip to lowes or home depot and u just do some plumber work on it. just take measurements for your lengths and make sure you choose a good size pipe and make sure your work is sealed up perfect.

Thats a big question, I did mine with pvc fittings from Home Depot and radiator hose from the auto store. You will need to do your transmission intake and exhaust.

The best way to do the air box intake without restricting the airflow is to bring it straight up between you legs on top of the tank. You can buy kits with a modified air box cover to pipe it around the tank but it will restrick the air flow (i've done the math) and then you will need to rejet the carb.

You can use 1-1/2 pvc and hose for your trans, I know it's allot smaller than the stock intake/exhaust but I've had mine now for about 6 mos without any problems and I know many, many guys with the same set up.

Don't forget to reroute your fan motor vent line, front and rear diff vent lines, and carb vent line. The drain line on the bottom of the carb has a check valve in it just make sure it works.

Good luck

Yes thats the tranny intake you can buy a rubber 3'' to 2'' reducer in the pluming dept of home depot, dont get the 3 to 1-1/2 cuz its too tall even with 3 to 2 you will need to trim some rubber off each end so it will fit under the hood. Then I glued a male threads to pvc piece to take up the difference and a 180 piece on top to finish it off. I didn't glue the 180 on so I can slide the hood on and off.

On the exhaust I used the the stock rubber 90 and screwedit onto a pvc (not rubber) reducer I dont remember what size I think 3'' to 1-1/2'' I do remember having to trim some off this piece too, I used a band saw but if you dont have one i dont know what you could use. once I got down to 1-1/2 I went pvc to a 90 with a short nipple this turned me towards the front on the left side of the bike. I then went pvc pipe to a 45 right around the point where the shift lever connects to the shift rod. !!!!!! BIG TIP HERE !!!!!! take the bracket at the end of the shift rod off and flip it over you will not have enough room if you dont. Next I went to a radiator hose 1-3/4'' i think, ran along the side of the motor back to a pvc 45 back to a short hose piece to a short pvc to a 90. This put me just below and next to the intake, from there i ran straight up to and finished off with the 180.
