I was looking at changing the tires for my sons 2006 Wov450 4x4 also . Looking at the Villas not the mudzillas in either 26 or 27. Most likly the 27 since they run short. What do you think?

Also where and what mods for power and which clutch kit is the best?

I have the EPI clutch kit and I must say I am not all that happy with it, the small springs that go into the wet clutch seem like they could be too stiff, I say this since I have burned out my wet clutches after minimal use..... I do not think the clutches were engaging all the way, causing slippage........ I am installing new clutches and will be putting in the stock wet clutch springs .... I will also be messing with the rollers and weights as well ..... and my primary is at hauck getting machined..... really hoping to not have problems with 500 $ worth wet clutches !

btw Breathless the tires are called Zillas lol ! and there a great tire I run 26 inch and I love them....... for the size there very light...trust me you will want to keep the weight down as much as you can, I highly suggest changing out the big spring and rollers in your clutch ........ even know I do not even have my machined clutch back yet, I feel that is a must as well......a stock 450 with no mods and 26 inch tires will cause havoc on parts, and power.... just my 2 cents....

well if you really want to be able to spin those tires. get the epi kit for your elevation and oversized tires. GYTR pipe(or any other slip on you like) Rejet it and a better filter than stock.

If you still find yourself having problems check my sig or pm me

any recommendations on where to purchase the big spring? i have the hauck mod and love it, but what would i expect with the big spring change? also keep me posted on which weights you decide to use. i read a thread somewhere that someone was messing with different combinations of them on a 660 grizzly but i havent heard anything with a wolverine. they were using like 3 of one and 3 of another and had a chart and everthing about the weight differences. they were just different weights of stock rollers out of different quads.

you can buy the big spring right from epi...it controls the force put on the belt... like the grip... from what i understand only need it if your running larger heavier tires...

i will let you know how i make with with the rollers,
