i have a 98 banshee that quit running. i have spark and fuel. my compression is down to 75 psi both cylinders. i pulled the pistons and jugs and found fuel in the crankcase. i drained the oil but the fuel is still in the crankcase. the petcock remains closed when not in use. need answers thank you!
