Helmet cam

I want to buy a helmet camera but i dont know much about newer technology. What do you think would be a good one?

Helmet cam

Look at the Go Pro, by Hero - I have it and it's awesome!! Easy to use, great video, just uses a 2mg memory card that you can load straight onto your laptop. And it's tough!
