Default 700 grizzly Cv joint

So i blew out the front left CV joint. stock joint is $350. the complete axle from gorilla is $375. what would you do.
I know the answer seems obvious I guess i'm looking for some feedback on the gorilla axles. Are they as good as they say? if i use gorilla can i only change 1 side?

Gorilla seems like the obvious choice. I can't see replacing only 1 CV joint with a Gorilla as being a problem and at $375 a pop, I'd try it anyway.

If I were you I would atleast replace the shafts as a pair to balance out the drive train. Probobly not nessesary but I would rather be safe than sorry. If you don't you might affect the engine/tranny braking. JMO

I ordered 1 shaft be here in a week. The way I ride I'll probably blow the other on soon enough. This way i have 2 smaller payments spread out.

if your budget is like mine (which is not much LOL) i would get the Gorilla shaft. 25 bucks more, but they are rated the best of the cv axles. you should be ok with doing just the one for now, but the general rule is if one has failed, the other usually is not far behind, that is unless you caused the failure (hitting a rock, etc). money is hard to come by and not too many people can crap out 400 bucks on a whim for an ATV axle. i know id have to beg, borrow and steal to do that. or wait till tax time =)
