plow on grizzly 660 won't raise or lower

well this is pretty self explanatory. I have an 04 grizzly 660 with a plow on it, and for some reason, i can't raise it or lower it at all lately. any ideas what the problem could be?

what usual lowers or raises the plow?
A winch?
Manual?
Plow Actuator?

plow on grizzly 660 won't raise or lower

the plow has a motor on it that raises it with a metal cable. its basically an electric winch but the motor is on the plow instead of the quad
