raptor 660 hot cams stage 3

working on a motor for a friend, he has the hot cams stage 3 cam. While looking at the cam, noticed where the stock cam has the decompression pin, this has none, is this right, or a need to worry

yeah they dont have one. id recomend a new solenoid and a bigger cranking amp battery and clean connection all over. it wont turn over like it used to
