What would you Yamaha guys suggest on where to start next - i picked up an '02 Raptor and ran great, started right up every time, tore some parts off for powdercoat, added an HMF slip on and UNI filter, now i didnt get to jet it yet but went to start it to see how the pipe sounded and it wont fire, changed the spark plug, battery hasnt needed a charge, lookin to see where to check next?

 

unplug your regulator/rectifier and see if it starts up then.

 

check the parking brake

 

usually the parking brake will allow the quad to start just wont let it rev up if the switch is messed up
