How far doest it take to open up your raptor? full throtle last gear? I was told it takes 3 city blocks. I want some thing that takes off the second you hit the throttle with alot of power. I rode 2 yamaha dirt bikes and they had no power at take off and too take off you had to have it full throtle. How is the take off on this machine? Im getting a loan and im trying to decide on which to get (raptor banshee 400ex or suzukis new atv coming out)So does your atv have power at take off? Does anyone actually get big air on the quad with out breaking anything? I weigh about 230lbs and like to get big air but will this atv handle it. I dont have alot of money so this quad is gonna half to last so is it actually worth it? let me know what ya think and anything about your atv that u like and dont like? I already have papers filled out for the banshee but i would prefer a 4 stroke cause its less maintnence. i hope you ppl know what im trying to say cause im haveing a heck of time wording it

It does not take anywhere near 3 city blocks to wrap out a Raptor, that is almost a quarter mile. It takes a little over 600 ft to get a Raptor going full speed, but that is about the same distance for all off road vehicles. My 94 CR 250 was wrapped out in about 500 feet.Raptor has plenty of take off power, so much that you cant use it all. If you tried it would leave you flat on your back
