send in the sheave ... well worth it....change out rollers or weights that will help. the pink paint job did'nt help the speed? lol

one thing to keep in mind your not going to get much more out of the wolverine for top end, you can help it get there faster but not really lots you can do for top end,....
as for the comment on rev and oe cdi boxes there is none for the wolverine.... or that would also help..
