Default 01 RAPTOR 660 WITH 03 660 CDI BOX ?

i am sure that its a dumb question to ask but if it something that might worl i figured it wouldnt hurt to ask. I have a 01 raptor 660. From that looks of it the CDI box might be bad on it. Well if it is bad i am going to replace it. My question is if i can get a cdi box from a 03 raptor 660 will it work on the 01? If yes will it damage my 01 raptor in anyway.

Reasony why i havnt got one that is for the 01 is because i saw one on ebay for a 03 that was less expenisve. I notice that some of the aftermarket one's are listed for 01-05 so i figured it was ask to see if it was the same for the OEM one. It looks like i am going to have to go with OEM. Thanks for the info
