Alright, Ill try testing the float today. Thanks again for all the help guys.

 

Alright, float just needed a little adjusting and the carb is working like a champ now. I had purchased a new battery only to find out that my 10 year old battery has regained its functionality and holds a decent charge. The electric start works again so I returned the new battery. The reverse lever finally engaged the other day too.

All I need is brakes and Im golden. Im having a lot of trouble removing the rear caliper cover as the 3 round headed phillips screws are mega stripped out and I don't have a tap. I have new ones to replace them, but theyre stuck. Oh well, we will see what happens.
