Default Help with Jetting a Warrior 350

I had to put in a new piston on my warrior. I had it bored out for the new piston. I am wondering if i need to rejet the carb. I took it trail riding today and by the end of the trail the motor was really hot and quit. I let it sit and cool for about a hour and it fired right back up and is fine. A friend told me that it may be running lean because of the bigger piston and that i may need to rejet could this be my problem?

Thanks

Doug

if it overheated then you probly are running a bit lean. i would try rejetting the carb to the next size larger main jet. and possibly adjust the pilot jet 1/4 to 1/2 turns out. that will probably solve the problem.

good luck
