warrior not running
#2
My friend has an old ts250 2 stroke dirt bike and his flooded and would only run for a second or two, what he did was buy a few spark plugs and try until he got it running, i think his first plug was foul. Im not 100% sure but it might be worth a try.

try not turning the fuel on, and drain the bowl on the carb, take off your filter from air box and get some good spraying starter fluid, give it a small spray at first and see if it will fire up, if so then it could just be the carb...
Thats what I always do when everyting seems to be in oder but won't start... make sure that your air to fuel screw is set right, and that your intake boot isn't leeking.... Hope that will help get back to us

You need 3 things to run: compression, spark, correct fuel/air mixture. If you have all 3 of these and ur timing is right, it will run. So we know you have good spark, and probably good compression, (which you should test). Now, presuming your timing isnt out of alignment it leaves just one culprit. Your fule/air mix could be the cause. Maybe jetted wrong or such. Post back after you see how much compression it has.
