well.... got pics on my home page so you can look there.
the mount plate is of 1/4 steel and the back bottom piece is of 5/16 and i used 5/16 u-bolts to mount to the frame just below the radiator and u-joint retainers to mount to the front bumper. the 1/4 plate was bent at a local metal shop in a 200 ton break and was rough fitted there. and in true redneck form i just used the bed of my truck as a raised work area and the tailgate was catchall[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] backed upto my shop.
the winch kit is a 2500lb. champion bought at sams club....so hope it last a little while. not bad for 98.00+tax. it comes with contactor-thumb switch-fair lead-****** block-hook-wires-auto reset breaker-plate with a 1 1/4x 1 1/4 square tube to mount winch onto and use in a hitch on vehicle-
