Default Son Of A Gun Swing Arm Bolt

I am having the time of my life taking apart my Warrior....NOT>>> I have gotton every, I mean every thing off the quad, except the darn swing arm. I can not get the swing arm Bolt out, it will turn but not budge left nor right... I can't afford a new swing arm right now so I don't wanna do any thing to hurt that. I have been spraying PB on it like crazy, and punding on it with a 10 lb sludge... I had bought it not to long ago from someone, that I don't think ever had if off. So the thing is on there because it's a '96. LOL Any help would be great need to get it off to send frame in for powder coating.

if there is enough play in the wing arm you may have to do what i did. get a sasaw with long blade and cut the bolt on both ends, then get you a new bolt and swing arm bearing kit. kit i got cam with bushing bearings and new sleve that the bolt goes threw.

after cutting the bolt every thing fell out just fine. what happens is the steel sleave rust to the bolt and wont allow the bolt to come out. but will turn as the steel sleave rids on the bearings in the swing arm. you can try heating it up but it didnt work for me.
