Not sure exactly how you would do this, but it seems to me that you should be able to use 2 blinker units to implement the flashing "cop lights" I would try installing the 2 in a chain with blinker 1 wired to run headlamp 1 and blinker 2, blinker 2 would run headlamp 2. This should create the desired effect, you might also be able to use some sort of delay instead of the second blinker unit.

 

how small is that strobe kit i want to mount it under the shroud in those fins and it would be cool..

 

im getting that strobe kit from jc witney and hooking it to lowbeams two reds for 1699 each
