Where is idle fuel Screw on 2002 Bear Tracker

Default Where is idle fuel Screw on 2002 Bear Tracker

Where is it and how many turn out is it supposed to be?

it should be on the bottom side of the carburetor and the idle screw should be set at to where it has a nice idle not too low to where it wants to cut out and not too high, the fuel screw usally is good at about 2 1/2 turns out or so

I guess I am going to have to take the carb off because I cannot get the 4 screws out that hold the cover on then put it back on and adjust it that way.

Does anyone have a picture of what screw it is?

02 Beartracker Carb

Its part #24 it a not a crew but has a **** so it can be turned by hand. You just set the idle by ear until it sounds right to you.

thats the idle screw though. I need the fuel mixture screw. I brought the quad from the mountains down and i cannot get it to idle right.
