warrior shorted battey now no spark!!!

i did a wheelie on my 94 warrior and the battery shorted out ....now it has no spark ? does anyone Know what to check?or have a manual with the electrial trouble shooting info.....

wow bypassing that is a bad choice...its there to prevent parts like the cdi from frying...its got a red wire going to and from it and its black shaped like a big pill you just twist and pull it off, hopefully you have one and can just change it otherwise thats no good.

yeah that is bad. the fuse is designed to take the impact of a short running through the electrical system. now the next stop for that short would be the CDI box.

yep the cdi seems fried ..im in the market for a un mulitated wire harness and good cdi.....( the fuse was aparently removed by a previous owner) thanx for your help guys
