yes u need to split the cases, and get the crank out and separated then it will need to be pressed back together and trued. if not trued correctly it will vibrate your engine to pieces. i used to work at an atv dealer and the owner had a machine shop he ran also and thats where i got mine redone, i split the cases my self and gave him the crank and ordered the parts from where i used to work then he presses and trued it, i got it completely rebuit for about $160 ehich is a damn good deal.

u probually cant, lol i used to work there and i was good friends with the owners son who worked at the bike shop, still to this day i get discounts. unless you have a buddy who runs a machine shop or bikeshop then it would be hard to get that deal. 160 bucks alone is about what it costs for the rod, thrust washers, and bearing and such, i didnt even get charged for any labor involved. maybe some1 else on here can give u some onlin connections of somewhere to send it out to or somewhere to order parts 4 it. id try ebay and see whats on there.

The deal is that a guy has the Warrior and would like to trade me for my Lt230s in my pics. It is also my icon for my profile. With all the work I think I will pass since mine runs great adn I know the motor is solid. I would like to get into a larger 350/400 quad.
