i just changed the starter clutch and flyweel on a warrior now i have no spark it ran before i changed it ne help would help greatly thanks

 

double check your stator connections and make sure everything is the way it was. what all did u take apart and how?

 

i pulled off cover but left all the wires hooked up pulled the clutch and flyweel the bearing and flyweel were bad so got the clutch and flyweel off ebay put the whole thing on and put back together now it roll over but it dont have spark. im going to try to change the bearing and flyweel

 

did u purchaset hese brand new? and by flywheel do u mean the stator hub( the thing the stator sits inside of) or did u actually replace the flywheel? the flywheel is a darker color with teeth and the stator hub or magneto wutever u wanna call it is shiny. if u ordered a used magneto it might be bad if its lost its magnetic power or it has alot of scrapes or dings in the inside of it that might do it. the lights and everything still work though? im just trying to figure out what could have possibly happend

 

well im ready to part my warrior out the flippin thing wont run either i chaged the stator pick up coil primary coil ignition coil reset the mechanical timing new plugs and it wont run off of gas or either but the spark is bright blue and steady
