I bought my first atv back in mid-september...a few weeks later i had to go to cali for the Marine Corps and my brother was in charge of starting up my atv every few days to make sure it was running and all was well. Well im back home, 3 months later and he did not start my atv once while i was away and now it wont start at all. It has the electric start but it wont start up. Ill hit the button and try to give it gas so it will get running but even giving it gas doesnt help. I was told that its probably because the gasoline isnt good anymore but i have no clue i dont have much experience with atv's. so does anyone know what the problem could be??

 

drain the gas from the carb and tank and put some fresh in it and start there. If that doesnt do the trick you will probably need to remove the carb and make sure it is clean, really clean..the smallest speck of nothing can clog one of your jets leading to a poor running machine or in your case a non firing machine. That is all you should have to do. By the way thank you for serving and protecting our country. You are appreciated.
