Default Electrical issue, 04 Wolverine

Ok, this one has me stumped. Its a 2004 Wolverine 350, new battery. I'll try to use the electrical start, the starter relay will click, but the motor doesnt turn over. put a trickle charger on, it indicates the battery is charged until I go to start it, when it indicates its charging. So, I removed the starter relay and used my pull start. The machine starts up right away, but the lights flicker with the engine rpm. If I try to use the winch to power out they dim, if I try to power in everything electrical wants to shut off, including the engine. Looking back now I'm thinking I shouldve left the relay on for trouble shooting purposes, in case the bike was trying to send a charge to the battery.... Anyways, does anyone have an idea or faced a similar situation? Is it my relay (which will cost $60 from the dealer and CANNOT be returned), or something more major like the stator, magneto, etc...? Thanks in advance!

There are fuses in the relay that maybe bad and if they are it will just click and not turn over so i would check the fuse before you do anything else

Only fuse I saw was mounted just behind the battery, it was ok. Are you saying there's a fuse inside of the starter relay? It appeared to be a sealed unit.... I'll have a better look in couple weeks when I get home from work.
