My choice is obvious! But in reality there is no better quad at trail riding than the 700!

I would also say the 700 is probably better....... It can jump and play around with the best of them, and you get the lower maintenance and trail friendly 700 thumper with the Raptor.

The YFZ, like all the 450s, loves the open spaces more than the slow trails, and of course requires more maintenance like the other 450s.........

It sounds like you need an all around machine, and there are not too many options that will beat out the 700.

The easiest way to look at this think 450 is the indy car while the 700 is the Nascar V8. The 450 is full of Hig tech componets such a slipper piston letting allot of oil blow by causing more frequent oil changes. They are also run at a much higher RPM bads causing more frequent vave adjustments. All in all great motors full of tech but IMO wont last as ling as a big thumper like a 700!
