Default my banshee overidles!

Help my banshee overidles! Whenever i push the choke in all the way after warming the engine up it overidles extremely high. I've tried playing around with the idle screw on the carburetor but it makes no difference. At first i thought it was the air box cause it didn't have a filter in it but still that made no difference. Does anyone have any idea what else it might be and why it only does this when the choke is pushed all the way in? Thanks.

You probably have an air leak somewhere. Check your lines for a small hole somewhere.

It's not a good idea to run without a filter unless you just have to when working on it.

With no air filter you are getting your carb and valves very dirty. Not to mention shortening you engine's life span! You need to have your carb cleaned.

you sure you were adjusting the idle on your carbs or maybe playing with the carb sync settings?
