new parts (solenoid, key switch, neutral relay, cut off relay, fuse and fuse holder, starter, battery)

I can jump the solenoid and it will start. Checked the continuity on the run switch and it seems fine.

Driving lights work at the switch and my neutral light works fine.

I just don't get it!!! Please HELP...............

damn this is one of those little simple but anoying problems lol, how exactly are you jumping the solenoid? are the wires in good condition? there not frayed and grounding out of the frame or anything?

That sure sounds like the solenoid could be the only problem still...do you know anyone who could try the solenoid on a different bike to be sure it is working?

what about the push button itself, or the wires in the push button, sounds like a possible broken wire or bad push button, you have already eliminated the starter and solenoid, do you have a manual with wireing diagrams?

I asked him earlier about the button and such and he said it was all fine, but I am thinking that must still be where the problem is as well now.

I just jumped the solenoid with a screwdriver. Don't know if thats a good way to do it but it works. The start button seems fine for continuity. None of the wires look frayed or fried. I think tonight I'm going to just take all the wiring back off the atv and clean and search. Thanks for all the help so far.

Check continuity from the start button to the solenoid wire when the button is pressed in.
