When i ride My 97 Blaster in 2nd gear and up in Mid-high RPM's My quad sputters. It skips like it's missing spark but it isn't. I have cleaned the carb, Played with different sized main jets, The air filter,And spark plugs. But it keeps sputtering. Any info will help.
Thanks,
Matt

I think all blasters are like that somewhat... buy some boyesen reeds or something along those lines and it should be cured??

try replacing the needle jet or moving it up some. the main jet only affects the airflow when the throttle is fully open, the needle is everything else except when engine is at idle

It could be 1 of 3 things. Either the reeds are shot(unlikely),or the carb is sucking air(likely), or the spark plug cap has a loose connection(likely)
