Default Lost my Key, HELP!!!!

It was edited because as simple as it may sound, it still is best kept to private messaging for legal reasons. Whomever runs/owns this site and forum has to be careful about what kinds of messages are posted in regard to bypassing ignition systems, as that can be construed to promoting thievery etc etc. Thats just America and lawyers these days, unfortunately.

I think that if you are shady and have to go that low to steal someone's quad or dirtbike that they payed money for and worked there *** off for you dont need to be on this forum. plus you should have nothing to worry about if you keep your stuff locked up like me, if you can get passed the 4 dogs and my sks you can have it, i will even give you spare keys..

Glad to hear your machines are so well protected but other peoples machines might not be, and those people might be a little more appreciative to the moderators that dont let posts on how to hotwire our machines stay available for everyone to see.

If you want to tell someone how to hotwire a quad that is your decision, but for the sake of everyone else with a machine just use a little discretion.

The are plenty of guys on here that have had their quads stolen out of garages, enclosed locked trailers, and chained up in yards.

And I am sure that all of those thefts were made by people who would have never commited another crime until they got on here and saw you could start an ATV by splicing two wires HA HA. Give me a break nobodys quad gets stolen because they read a post online, those people were criminals before they stole a quad and they will be long after, but the innocent people should give up their rights to free speech because babies like you don't stand up for your rights. When it happens to you blame yourself for not stopping it, not people chatting online a thousand miles away.

No im sure they would of stolen the quads anyway but why give them info on how to start them without a key let them figure it out on their own.

the ignition on a quad/watercraft/motorcycle/lawnmower do one thing. they are a current interrupt. do the math. some ignition switches are easy to access, such as mine, but that is why my quad sits covered next to the house 10 feet from a 100 pound pit bull. so if the dog raising hell doesn't scare them away, i have a Glock .40 that will do the trick.

the post being edited might rub some the wrong way, but the fact is that the mod choose to remove it and so that is all on that subject. keep trashing the mod, and you might find your account suspended. just my .02
