Float is stuck in your carburetor bowl from sitting. Best would be to remove the carb and clean, but i have removed mine a number of times and know its no fun. First I would advise filling the tank and adding some sea foam... let some run through then shut off valve on tank(let sit for bout 15 min)...then let some more through...drain carb bowl...tap gently on side of carb bowl.. turn valve back on and hope for the best. good luck. the new ethanol gas seems to be causing a lot of people trouble when their quads sit a while.

yes what ALF said, you need to clean the carb out, it is probably gummed up with old gas. Drain the tank let some new gas slosh around and drain that too.

I believe just a good take down and cleaning should solve your problems.... but if you have ever wanted to install a jet kit, right now probably would be a good time

I had a similar issue with mine although the needle in the carb froze shut. It was fuel starved and wouldn't run. After replacing the needle assembly, it was good to go. As a common practice, I always shut the gas off and let the quad idle the gas out of the carb before I store it. Haven't had any problems since.
