I have a 1999 yamaha 350 big bear 4x4. well im having trouble starting it? I am getting spark and gas just no fire. It will crank and crank, when it finnally starts it runs great! what do you think the problem would be?

 

old gas ?
air cleaner, is it clean ?
replace that plug
pull the carb and clean it

 

ive seen this too and it was the intake rubber was cracked realy bad but it was an older bear the last post was great think easy frist

 

my 99 big bear did the same thing. when the air filter got clogged up, it would not start or if it did, the battery would damn near be dead. take the air filter out and see if it starts then.
