Default Rebuilding Shocks

I've got some Tri-Z 250 rear shocks that need rebuilding. I've got a guy that will do each one for $80 bucks, but it can't be that much to it. I use nitrogen at work, so that's not a problem. I just need to know how to take a shock apart and where can I get rebuild kits from?

$80.00 isn't that bad as long as the builder is competent. I would go that route personally to avoid the hassle.
