Default Yamaha blaster Preload/Suspension

I have all stock suspension no adjustments at all. Im 5'11" I weigh 180 pounds I ride race style/aggressively. I like to jump alot, take bank turns like straight aways, floor it over whoops. My question is for someone of my body type do I need to change anything obviously I have felt it no other way but If I should change it please just let me know....

Thanks

TxSBlaster, I read your other posts as far as racing. In my opinion suspension is key, granted some $$$ can be spent but if you put a set of rezzie shocks valved for your weight and extended a arms you would be amazed. You can have big power but but you could do more with suspension on the mx track. Keep in mind too that the more work you do to a blaster motor and keep it at or below 200 the peakier it will get. I only know of one company that takes bore away and adds stroke to get to a 196cc motor, these are less peakier but costs more than you probably paid for your blaster. What area do you live and whats your age? I only ask to see what classes they would have for you.

what classes do they have that you could run in. It may be a little limited due to your age. In our district series when you get to 16 before the end of the year you have to move up to a four hundie or four fiftie. You should check all of your series rules specifically the age issure. Hope you have a blast racing and yes it is very addictive so hang on.
