There is a kit but just try unplugging the wire coming out of the top of your carb. Then there is a box you should unplug under the front plastic. One is the CDI the other is the tors. I think the smaller one is the tors. Unplug it. Also unplug the wire coming out of your throttle box.

if your having an idle problem or a weird problem with it not wanting to rev up then i would definitely look into tors also, check out this link it should help u with eliminating it

thanks man..heres the mods.vito big bore kit 240,+3mm stroker crank,rad valve reeds.full fmf fattie,hyd brakes all round,race cut fenders,+2 on the swing arm(would have went 4 but i do my best riden on the back wheels)suspension widened in the front 3 inches on each side in the front.white bros shocks,vito degree key,vito boost bottle,fly handle bars,dyno jet kit.hopfuly soon tors eliminator kit

Won't Idle is a choke issue usually (until it's warmed up at least). won't go out of first gear is not much of a description.... "Sounds" like a possible TORS issue (Park brake is set, and you need to release it), but maybe not. Shoot a video of it and post what it's doing for us,....
