How do i go about making the shocks go to another level. I only weigh about 160lbs and the shocks are very stiff. Do i need a special tool to change the stiffness?

 

what kind of 4wheeler? i know on most quads theres a big adjuster at the bottom of the shock and u gotta lift your atv off the ground so the shock has no weight on it, then turn the bottom adjuster one way to make it stiffer or the other to make it softer, i cant member which way makes it softer, if u look at it real good you can tell which way you should turn it.
