Default 27" tires

What's your opinion on running 27" tires on a 09 Grizzly 550 efi eps?
Good/bad, can the machine handle them?

I run 27"s on my 450 and I love them! I get much better clearance and traction due to tread design. Check out ITP tires, I got the 589's, they are very strong, durable, can take alot of harsh conditions, type of tires.

they would look awsome and more clearence like kodiak said but you might want to look into a new clutch kit to turn those bigger tires. because you will lose some power and you need to gain that back to help turn them. happy trails

i have itp 589s on my forman es 450 and they are the best tire i have ever had i busted both beads and had to drive back to a shop for about a mile and they dont even leak... i do have to admit i lost a little speed in the top end due to the 27s but i think your 550 would do alright
