Banshee Plastics
#1
I've been looking at a 98' banshee i wanted to by at the one dealership near me, the only problem i found with it is the front bumper is dented which i can live iwth, and the plastic is scratched, it is the grey placstic and since i really dont like the color of it anyways, is there any sites online where they sell the plastics for a banshee or does anyone know how much it would be to order the blue ones directly from yamaha, any input helps, thanks

UFO makes some of the nicest after market plastic I've seen. You can get it in the new Yamaha blue and it comes with a sticker kit. I know Vito's in Michigan sells it pretty cheap. I think it's around $270 - $290 for the full set.
Also check Rocky Mountain ATV they sell Maeir plastic, not as nice but even cheaper.
Dealer plastic is quite a bit more expensive, but does come with all original stickers. For my warrior new factory plastic was going to be somewhere around $360 just for the front and rear fenders. Tank cover and front would be extra.

Dennis Kirk has both the ufo and the maier plastic in it the number is 800-328-9280 this is in MN you should call and ask for an atv book I think they cost like $5.00 they have lots of atv parts in there. The front fender buy ufo are $151.99 and the rear fender is $189.99.

I purchased a few sets of plastic from cal-atv.com
They have really reasonable prices too. Black, white, yellow are 250.00 for fr.+ rear
blue and red are 300.00 for fr. + rear
Tank and radiator skins are about 100.00 total
This is pretty good compared to most local dealers. I have always prefered to use factory fenders. I think that they look better than most aftermarket stuff. Maier seems like it is not as shiny or nice fitting. UFO seems to be pretty nice, but I haven't found it to be any less costly.
There is some new stuff called Fullbore that has a pretty trick looking 1 piece front section.
