warrior 1996 no forward gears

Default warrior 1996 no forward gears

i had 350 warrior out today after riding for some time i lost all forward gears also when i put in reverse it works but not as fast as it did before ..oil was just changed last weekend and is clean with no metal i hear no noise and no forward movement at all... what can i check before taking in to yamaha dealer ..could the shift **** for forward and reverse be messed up.. forks clutch... has this happened to anyone else .. thanks for any help

Does it make like a hard clicking sound?

no i hear no sound when i clutch and shift ...

sounds like clutches are toast, the reverse is a real short gear which is why it prolly at least moves a little bit, alot of the time when a clutch is going bad it can be ok in the lower gears but once you get up around 4th 5th 6th you can feel it slip, but on such a short gear like reverse it might be the only gear that actually will still let the atv move, i guess its possible the reverse linkage could be way out of adjustment but i doubt it, id pull clutch cover off and take a look at that.
