HELP! Fuel boiling in gas tank on Kodiak 2000

Yea, the new side panels came with the recall. I cut the centers out of the old ones. I don't have much trouble riding here in northern Indiana, but in Kentucky, or Hatfield McCoy I leave the left one in the truck and deal with the right on as needed.

Just a follow up to my original post. I followed a suggestion to flush the cooling system with CLR, I could not believe the crud that I was able to get out. But I have not had an opportunity to see if this helped. I will update the results as soon as I can get my *** back out and ride.
