Unhappy banshee wont start!!

At first i thought it was the coil because i wasnt getting any spark so i replaced it and it still didnt work, so i replaced the stator and i got a spark but now it wont start up either. For some reason the spark plugs arent getting any gas and i dont think its the compression because i just got the cylinders bored and put in brand new pistons. Does anyone know what else it might be?

so both cylinders have good even spark? also have you confirmed that there is fuel coming out of each carb? you can pull the hose off from the tank and crack the petcock open real quick to make sure its flowing out of there, and you say neither of the plugs get wet? sounds like something funky is goin on with the carbs, is it all stock? and is the TORS unit still on the carbs?

could be the tors, stuck floats or there just dirty, but it seems weird for both carbs to be doing that.

I had a very simular problemb and mine would only start when i poured some gas in the carbs. I had to put in a tube that goes between the carbs for the choke, and it started fine. I will post a pic of what i am talking about if you do not know what exactaly it is that im talking about
