I have a chance to pick up a good condition 350 Big Bear SE for $600, but the cam stripped.

This would mean, rebuilt/new head, new cam gear, rebuilt bottom end, with new bearings, etc.

Is it worth it? Is there a place to get a new/used engine? Is there a place to get parts at good prices (I use Buy Discount OEM Polaris Parts Online : Polaris ATV Parts : Polaris UTV Parts : Polaris OEM Parts for my Honda/Suzuki needs).

I have in my past re-done a Warrior bottom end, and I know the expense of parts, but this bike in Canada sells for ~$3500-$4000, so $600 is a steel even if I go spend $2000 on a engine.

Any help or direction is appreciated.
